The Petit Gris is a so-called French water colour brush made of pure blue Russian squirrel hair embedded in resilient plastic quills and expertly wrapped with copper wire. The Quill Mop shape is excellent for precise, controlled brush strokes, detail work, and illustration. This brush is highly recommended and has a huge reservoir for washes. The hand shaped handles are from sustainable forests and are made according to certified green manufacturing. Brushes are handmade in Germany at the da Vinci family owned factory since 1890.
