This vintage  bottle is the Lovable Seal decanter with Here's My Heart Cologne. The bottle is made of frosted glass shaped like a seal and the lid is a gold plastic ball balancing on the seal's nose. The bottle comes with its original box. 

The bottle is a 1-oz bottle and is a little more than half full. 

Perfumes and colognes degrade over time, so the cologne may no longer have the same scent it did 40 years ago and is best used as a collectible for display or for sentimental value rather than to wear as perfume. 

The box has some dents and shows some wear, but the bottle itself is in good vintage condition.
