Tonic Studios 8.5" Guillotine Trimmer
This handy Craft Trimmer is made by Tonic Studios and is 4.5" x 9".  It cuts up to 8.5" paper, which is a standard letter size page or cardstock size. It is portable and lightweight. It has a soft grip cutting handle. It has a 4.5" x 9" measuring grid marked in 0.25" increments. It is also made with hardened steel precision ground blades.
